Description

Southwest of Danang and elegantly situated near a beautiful sand beach, this popular upscale pearl has a grand lobby that is more or less the gilded frame to beautiful scenery: sand, sun, and sky. Whether you love sailing, resting at the beach, simply enjoying the comfort, you'll find what you want here. There are two gorgeous swimming pools: one overlooking the open beach, and the other a faux lagoon, with small waterfall and bridge, a romantic hiding place. The hotel offers local tours, yoga, tai chi, a spa, and a full aesthetic salon. Rooms are large and comfortable, with wood floors, Vietnamese-style furniture, and balconies that overlook the ocean or pool. Large marble bathrooms have all the facilities. Dining choices in one of the restaurants are great. There are shuttles to the city.
Location
Just a short drive from Danang lay four UNESCO-listed World Heritage Sites: the former imperial city of Hue (2 hours), the ancient ‘Silk Road’ trading port of Hoi An (30 minutes away), the spiritual centre of the Champa civilization, My Son (90 minutes) and the mystical Phong Nha Caves in Quang Binh province (7 hours), considered by some an access to the inner earth!

The resort has 198 luxurious room and suites housed in clusters of four storey buildings. French colonial features blend charmingly with traditional Vietnamese architecture.

Café Indochine
This is the Furama’s signature restaurant, an Asian-style brassiere recalling the nostalgia of the French colonial period with its rattan furniture, ceiling fans, French windows and old photographs and memorabilia on the walls.  By day, it is a bright, cheerful place for light snacks, while at night it turns more romantic.  Guests can savor a wide range of international and pan-Asian cuisines served by waitresses in traditional Ao Dai outfits.  There is an exotic menu of Vietnamese, Chinese, Malay, Thai, Indian and Indonesian favorites prepared in the open show kitchens or over the barbecue. Capacity: 140-seat restaurant. Open: daily from 6:30 am to 11 pm.
Don Cipriani’s
“Don Cipriani’s” Italian restaurant, with a choice of air-conditioned comfort or poolside dining will create a truly luxurious Italian cuisine experience. Fresh local seafood of paramount significance in the restaurant, with local varieties of shellfish and other local seafood prepared in traditional northern Italian style. The stylish interior designed Trattoria, Don Cipriani’s serves the very best of Italian cuisine that Vietnam has on offer with traditional Italian cuisine with flare and with an intriguing slant taken using the very best of local and imported ingredients. Open: daily lunch from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and daily dinner from 6:00pm to 10:30 pm.
Ocean Terrace Restaurant
Overlooking the white sands of Da Nang beach, the Ocean Terrace restaurant is on a beautiful ocean front setting perfect for al fresco dining, and also has an open-air bar. It serves a variety of light snacks, refreshing drinks, cocktails and alcoholic treats. Capacity: The 80-seat restaurant. Open: from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm.
Hai Van Lounge
Guests enjoy cocktails and light snacks in a very relaxed colonial setting decorated with cane chairs and carved Vietnamese furniture.
