I love the Tree, looks like a perfect spot to take pictures. I had no idea Vietnam was/is so beautiful. If I ever get the chance to travel overseas, I would love to visit Vietnam.

Good article! This place looks very nice, I think it is still hidden. Last August when we were in Vietnam, none of the guide books mention this spot. Too bad!

a true gift of nature

A 10km drive from downtown Danang, the Son Tra peninsula is truly a must-see. The entire peninsula has magnificent beaches, charming rapids and thick primeval forests apart from being surrounded by the Da stream, Bai But, Bai Bac, Bai Nom and 20 other streams where clear, clean water flows. Rich in animal life, interesting coral sites, and a variety of flora, no wonder the government has recognized its potential and classified it as a National Park. Acting as natural barrier protecting Danang from storms originating from the sea, it is indeed a true gift of nature.
